Examination and verification of returns and financial statements of taxpayers who are aggrieved by receipt of an assessment or determination.
Advise taxpayers of the rights to seek further assistance with the Appeal Commissioners and /or High Court.
The section has three (3) staff members whose primary responsibility is to ensure that persons who are aggrieved by the receipt of an assessment or determination can receive assistance on behalf of the Comptroller.
