The main functions of the Collections Division are as follows:
- Collection of revenue
- Updating taxpayers accounts
- Contacting taxpayers to discuss their tax arrears
- Negotiate payment arrangements
- Inform taxpayers of outstanding balances through arrears notices
- Issues refund of tax overpaid by taxpayers
The section consists of nine (9) staff members whose duty is to collect all taxes in accordance with the provisions of the Law.
