Main Functions:
- Provide secretarial services for the Division
- Receipt, documentation, record and dissemination of all correspondence received by the Division to its' intended destination
- Proper maintenance and safe keeping of documents and files
- Facilitate staff by making the necessary salary adjustments and preparing monthly reconciliation statements, also local purchase orders
- Proper maintenance of the division library
